2005 Minnesota Statutes - 18.69 — Budget; limitations.



     18.69 Budget; limitations. 


    Pursuant to article IX, clause (a) of the compact, the 
 governing board shall submit its budget to the commissioner of 
 agriculture.  Such budget and the state's share thereof shall be 
 subject to the provisions of chapter 16A, and any act amendatory 
 thereof.
