2005 Minnesota Statutes - 154.21 — Perjury.



     154.21 Perjury. 


    The willful making of any false statement as to a material 
 matter in any oath or affidavit which is required by the 
 provisions of sections 154.01 to 154.26 is perjury and 
 punishable as such.
