     151.22 Liability for quality of drugs.  


    Every pharmacist in charge or proprietor of a pharmacy 
 shall be responsible for the quality of all drugs, medicines, 
 chemicals, and poisons procured for use and sold therein, except 
 proprietary medicines or other articles sold in the original 
 package of the manufacturer.
