2005 Minnesota Statutes - 151.14 — Reinstatements.

     151.14 Reinstatements. 


    Any person who has been licensed by the board and has 
 defaulted in the payment of the renewal fee may be reinstated 
 within two years of such default without examination, upon 
 payment of the arrears and upon compliance with the provisions 
 of section 151.13, subdivision 2.
