2005 Minnesota Statutes - 148.577 — Standard of care.



     148.577 Standard of care. 


    A licensed optometrist who is board certified under section 
 148.575 is held to the same standard of care in the use of those 
 legend drugs as physicians licensed by the state of Minnesota.
