     148.05 License and fee. 


    At its first meeting the State Board of Chiropractic 
 Examiners shall issue to each member a license to practice 
 chiropractic, for which the member shall pay a fee set by the 
 board.  The board shall have a common seal and promulgate rules 
 to govern its actions.
