2005 Minnesota Statutes - 145.897 — Vouchers.

     145.897 Vouchers. 


    Vouchers issued pursuant to sections 145.891 to 145.897 
 shall be only for the purchase of those foods determined by the 
 commissioner to be desirable nutritional supplements for 
 pregnant and lactating women, infants and children.  These foods 
 shall include, but not be limited to, iron fortified infant 
 formula, vegetable or fruit juices, cereal, milk, cheese, and 
 eggs.
