     145.896 Program not a substitute or replacement.  


    This program shall not be a replacement or substitute for 
 any other local, state, or federal program administered through 
 the Departments of Health or Human Services, nor shall the value 
 of the nutritional supplements be included in eligibility 
 determination for other assistance programs.
