2005 Minnesota Statutes - 145.41 — Blood donations, age of donor.



     145.41 Blood donations, age of donor. 


    Any person of the age of 17 years or over shall be eligible 
 to donate blood in any voluntary and noncompensatory blood 
 program without the necessity of obtaining parental permission 
 or authorization.
