     145.33 Construction.  


    Sections 145.30 to 145.33 shall not be construed as 
 requiring any such public or private hospital to retain among 
 its files and records, during the period hereinbefore specified 
 or otherwise, any such individual hospital case records, 
 miscellaneous documents, papers, or correspondence, except as 
 the preservation and retention thereof is otherwise required by 
 law.
