2005 Minnesota Statutes - 144A.28 — Severability.



     144A.28 Severability. 


    Any part of sections 144A.18 to 144A.27 which is in 
 conflict with any act of Congress of the United States or any 
 rule of a federal agency, so as to deprive nursing homes of this 
 state of federal funds, shall be deemed void without affecting 
 the remaining provisions of sections 144A.18 to 144A.27.
