2005 Minnesota Statutes - 144A.18 — Administrator\'s licenses; penalty.



     144A.18 Administrator's licenses; penalty. 


    No person shall act as a nursing home administrator or 
 purport to be a nursing home administrator unless that person is 
 licensed by the Board of Examiners for Nursing Home 
 Administrators.  A violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
