2005 Minnesota Statutes - 144.32 — False statements to be cause for discharge.



     144.32 False statements to be cause for discharge.  


    Any intentionally false statement in such certificate and 
 any act or omission of a superintendent or superior officer to 
 connive at or permit the same shall be deemed good cause for 
 summary discharge of the person at fault regardless of any 
 contract.
