     144.0525 Data from Labor and Industry and Employment and 
  Economic Development Departments; epidemiologic studies. 


    All data collected by the commissioner of health under 
 sections 176.234, 268.19, and 270B.14, subdivision 11, shall be 
 used only for the purposes of epidemiologic investigations, 
 notification of persons exposed to health hazards as a result of 
 employment, and surveillance of occupational health and safety.
