     137.44 Health professional education budget plan. 


    The Board of Regents is requested to adopt a biennial 
 budget plan for making expenditures from the funds dedicated for 
 the instructional costs of health professional programs at 
 publicly funded academic health centers and affiliated teaching 
 institutions.  The budget plan may be submitted as part of the 
 University of Minnesota's biennial budget request.
