     136A.07 Reports. 


    The Higher Education Services Office shall report 
 periodically to the governor and legislature concerning its 
 activities.  It shall file a formal report with the governor and 
 legislature each even-numbered year so that the information, 
 including recommendations, may be embodied in the governor's 
 budget message to the legislature.
