     136A.0411 Collecting fees. 


    The office may charge fees for seminars, conferences, 
 workshops, services, and materials.  The office may collect fees 
 for registration and licensure of private institutions under 
 sections 136A.61 to 136A.71 and chapter 141.  The money is 
 annually appropriated to the office.
