     13.602 Elected and appointed official data coded 
  elsewhere. 


    Subdivision 1.    Scope.  The sections referred to in 
 subdivision 2 are codified outside this chapter.  Those sections 
 classify elected and appointed official data as other than 
 public, place restrictions on access to government data, or 
 involve data sharing. 


    Subd. 2.    State auditor data.  (a)    Public 
 accountants.  Data sharing between the state auditor and 
 public accountants is governed by section 6.69, subdivision 1.  


    (b)    Audit data.  Data relating to an audit under 
 chapter 6 are classified under section 6.715.  


    (c)    Local records.  Data sharing between the state 
 auditor and legislative auditor of information collected from 
 local governments is governed by section 6.74.
