2005 Minnesota Statutes - 116I.10 — Severability.



     116I.10 Severability. 


    If any provision of sections 116I.01 to 116I.11 is found to 
 be unconstitutional and void with respect to pipelines 
 transporting one or more of the substances enumerated in section 
 116I.01, subdivision 3, the provision shall remain effective 
 with respect to pipelines transporting any of the other 
 enumerated substances.  This provision shall supplement any 
 general law on the subject of severability.
