     116C.25 Environmental permits coordination unit. 


    The commissioner of employment and economic development 
 shall direct the Bureau of Business Licenses to act as the 
 coordination unit to implement and administer the provisions of 
 sections 116C.22 to 116C.34.  The commissioner shall employ 
 necessary staff to work for the coordination unit on a 
 continuous basis.
