     116.994 Small business environmental improvement loan 
  accounting. 


    Repayments of loans made under section 116.993 must be 
 credited to the environmental fund.  Money deposited in the fund 
 under section 116.993 is appropriated to the commissioner for 
 loans under section 116.993.
