     115C.093 Corrective action performance audits. 


    The board may contract for performance audits of corrective 
 actions for which reimbursement is sought under section 115C.09, 
 and may contract for audits of other corrective actions. 


    Money in the fund is appropriated to the board for the 
 purposes of this section.
