2005 Minnesota Statutes - 115C.05 — Civil penalty.



     115C.05 Civil penalty. 


    The agency may enforce section 115C.03 using the actions 
 and remedies authorized under sections 115.071, subdivision 3, 
 and 116.072.  The civil penalties recovered by the state must be 
 credited to the fund.
