     115.66 Severability.  


    If any provision of sections 115.61 to 115.67 or the 
 application thereof to any person or circumstances is held to be 
 invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or 
 applications of sections 115.61 to 115.67 which can be given 
 effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this 
 end the provisions of sections 115.61 to 115.67 and the various 
 applications thereof are declared to be severable.
