2005 Minnesota Statutes - 115.08 — Interpretation.



     115.08 Interpretation.  


    Sections 115.01 to 115.09 shall not be construed as 
 repealing any of the provisions of law relating to the pollution 
 of any waters of the state, but shall be held and construed as 
 supplementing the same and in addition to the laws now in force, 
 except as the same may be in direct conflict herewith.
