2005 Minnesota Statutes - 103F.531 — Rulemaking.



     103F.531 Rulemaking. 


    The board may adopt rules to implement sections 103F.505 to 
 103F.531.  The rules must include standards for tree planting so 
 that planting does not conflict with existing electrical lines, 
 telephone lines, rights-of-way, or drainage ditches.
