2005 Minnesota Statutes - 103E.311 — Viewers\' duties.



     103E.311 Viewers' duties. 


    The viewers, with or without the engineer, shall determine 
 the benefits and damages to all property affected by the 
 proposed drainage project and make a viewers' report.
