2005 Minnesota Statutes - 12.44 — Political activities.



     12.44 Political activities. 


    No organization for emergency management established under 
 the authority of this chapter shall participate in any form of 
 political activity, nor be employed directly or indirectly for 
 political purposes, nor be employed in a legitimate labor 
 dispute.
