Chapter 368 Towns; Special Provisions
Section 368.38 Omitted, applies to towns having not less than 1,500, and not more than 2,000 inhabitants, and having an assessed valuation of more than $1,200,000, and less than $1,750,000, and having an area of not less than 23,000, nor more than 26,000 acres.
