Section 300.28 Property of stockholders levied on, when.

300.28 Property of stockholders levied on, when.

The private property of a stockholder may not be levied on for a liability specified in section 300.27, subdivision 1, unless both the stockholder and the corporation are duly served with process in the action and the issue involving the stockholder's individual liability is raised and determined in the action. Individual property may never be levied on until all corporate property which can be found has been exhausted.
