508A.27 Title acquired pending examiner's supplemental directive.

If, after the issuance of a CPT in favor of the applicant, the records disclose that the applicant's estate in the land has been transferred to another person prior to the issuance of the CPT, the examiner shall not issue a supplemental directive until an application by the transferee has been filed in the manner provided in sections 508A.01 to 508A.85.
