Sec. 8143.
The seventy-eighth district consists of the counties of Newaygo and Lake, is a district of the first class, and has 1 judge. Beginning April 1, 2003, the seventy-eighth district consists of the counties of Newaygo and Oceana, is a district of the first class, and has 1 judge.
