Act 527 of 2008 United Way Fund Act; Children's Hospital of Michigan Fund Act (333.26531 - 333.26549)
AN ACT to establish the united way fund in the department of treasury; to establish the children's hospital of Michigan fund in the department of community health; to provide for the distribution of the money from those funds; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain agencies and officials; and to provide for appropriations.
