Section 722.114a Child care center, group child care home, or family child care home; driver license or identification card required for obtaining or renewing license by applicant, licensee, or licensee designate.

722.114a Child care center, group child care home, or family child care home; driver license or identification card required for obtaining or renewing license by applicant, licensee, or licensee designate.

Sec. 4a.

An applicant, licensee, or licensee designee must present a valid driver license or a valid state or federal government-issued identification card in order to obtain or renew a license for a child care center, group child care home, or family child care home under this act.
