500.3716 Archer medical savings account; exception.

Sec. 3716.

This chapter does not apply to a health benefit plan sponsored by a small employer that is an Archer medical savings account that meets all requirements of section 220 of the internal revenue code of 1986.

Compiler's Notes: Former MCL 500.3716, which pertained to sale of health insurance by agent or solicitor without additional licensing and to commission or allowance, was repealed by Act 271 of 2001, Imd. Eff. Jan. 11, 2002.
