Act 48 of 1982 MICHIGAN BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL TRAINING ACT (421.221 - 421.229)
AN ACT to provide for economic development and job expansion through a business and industrial training program; and to prescribe the powers and duties of the departments of labor, commerce, and education.
