FRUIT STANDARDS (EXCERPT)
Act 17 of 1929
290.21 Legal fruit standards.
Sec. 1.
That standards established by the United States secretary of agriculture for fruits shall be accepted as the legal standards, except in cases where other standards are specifically prescribed.
