750.548 Trespass upon cranberry marshes.

Sec. 548.

Trespass upon cranberry marshes—Any person who shall enter the premises of any other person, and take and carry away cranberries or cranberry vines there growing, or who shall trample or otherwise injure or destroy the cranberry vines growing thereon, without the permission of the owner or occupant of said premises, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
