Section 565.7 - Conveyance of land adversely possessed; validity.

CHAPTER 65. OF ALIENATION BY DEED, AND THE PROOF AND RECORDING OF CONVEYANCES, AND THE CANCELING OF MORTGAGES.

565.7 Conveyance of land adversely possessed; validity.

Sec. 7.

No grant or conveyance of lands or interest therein, shall be void for the reason that, at the time of the execution thereof such lands shall be in the actual possession of another claiming adversely.
