Initiated Law 1 of 1976

445.574 Violation; penalty; separate offense.

Sec. 4.

Except as provided in sections 4a and 4b, a person, dealer, distributor, or manufacturer who violates this act is subject to a fine of not less than $100.00 or more than $1,000.00 and is liable for the costs of prosecution. Each day a violation occurs, a separate offense is committed.
