400.77a Old age assistance, aid to dependent children, welfare relief; inconsequential earnings.
Sec. 77a.
Under such rules and regulations as the state department of social welfare shall promulgate, inconsequential earnings shall not affect the determination of any amount of assistance to be paid by the state for old age assistance, aid to dependent children or matched by the state in connection with the granting of welfare relief.
