400.282 Suspending filing of reports; written application and statement.

Sec. 12.

Upon initial filing of an application statement pursuant to section 3, the attorney general may suspend for a reasonable, specifically designated time the filing of reports otherwise required by sections 14 and 15 as to a particular charitable corporation, trust, or organization incorporated or established for charitable purposes, upon written application filed with the attorney general, and after the attorney general has determined and acquiesced by a written statement that the interest of the public will not be prejudiced thereby.
