287.209 Violation of act; penalty.
Sec. 9.
Any person, firm, company or association violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not less than 25 dollars nor more than 100 dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
