287.534 Misdemeanor; effect of minor violation; notice of warning.
Sec. 14.
A person who violates this act or a rule promulgated under this act is guilty of a misdemeanor. This act shall not require the director to revoke or suspend a license, report for prosecution, institute seizure proceedings, or issue an order for withdrawal from distribution as a result of a minor violation of this act, if he believes the public interest will best be served by suitable notice of warning in writing.
