Act 254 of 1933 479.42 Review by department of state police; determination of compliance; report. Sec. 2. Upon request of the commission, the department of state police shall review the operation of an intrastate motor carrier to determine whether the carrier is in compliance with applicable safety related laws and rules and issue a report within 60 days after completion of its review to the commission.
