801.53 Declaring county jail overcrowding state of emergency.

Sec. 3.

If a majority of the judges and county officials notified pursuant to section 2 do not find within 3 business days after certification that the sheriff acted in error, the sheriff shall declare a county jail overcrowding state of emergency.
