ENDURANCE CONTESTS

Act 140 of 1935

AN ACT to prohibit endurance contests known as walkathons and similar endurance contests; to prescribe a penalty for the violation thereof, and to repeal Act No. 65 of the Public Acts of 1933.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:
