Act 10 of 1952

AN ACT to define the duties of any person who discharges a firearm and thereby injures any person; and to prescribe penalties for violations of the provisions of this act.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Section 752.841Firearms; definition.
Section 752.842Firearms; discharging; injuries.
Section 752.843Firearms; report of injury or death.
Section 752.844Reports; availability for use.
Section 752.845Firearms; injury to person, penalty, suspension of hunting privileges.
