Act 113 of 1939 752.751 Tomatoes; not vine ripened, labeling for sale. Sec. 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful to sell, or offer to sell, any domestic or foreign grown tomatoes which are not vine ripened, unless the wrappings and containers shall be labeled "not vine ripened" or "artificially ripened by ethylene," or any other process.
