Act 288 of 1929 730.252 Board of jury commissioners; members. Sec. 2. A board of jury commissioners is hereby created for each city adopting the provisions hereof, which shall consist of the city treasurer, the city clerk and the city assessor, or if more than 1 city assessor then such one as shall be designated by a majority of the assessors.
